Contractor and cost benchmarking : Technology park buildings carry higher mechanical and electrical costs per square meter than standard commercial office space, largely due to power redundancy and connectivity requirements. For Azerbaijani principals evaluating this route, the diligence questions are the same as for any cross-border construction partnership: verified completion history on comparable specialized buildings, realistic phasing proposals, and transparent cost breakdowns rather than headline square-meter pricing.
